Model ZL-SC Vacuum Medical Tube Vacuum Processor system is a complete system for the processing and repairing and filling of high-power tubes such as those for X-ray and CAT scan machines, high voltage generators and spherical tubes. It's mainly to do filtration, vacuum dry, vacuum oil filling, repair & maintenance, vacuum reservation of oil, vacuum filling/refilling tubes and so on.

The standard model ZL-SC Mainly with following available functions include:

• Filtration of dielectric fluid for oil-filled tubes.

• High-Vacuum drying.
   

  • Total acid number reduction of the oil with use of an optional fuller's earth filter.

  • Vacuum storage of processed fluid to prevent recontamination through exposure to air.

  •  Vacuum Degassing and dehydration to remove out the moisture.

  • High-vacuum evacuation of the tube prior to filling.

  •  Do the maintenance for the x ray tube, high generators and x ray monoblock.

  • Apply for X-ray tubes, CT tubes, X-ray generators, HT generators, etc. Has already processed tubes and HT generators from Philip, Varian,GE, Siemens, Toshiba, Shimadazu, etc.
